Strength or Rehabilitation
Regardless if weβre doing a strength or rehabilitation program we need direction. That direction or exercise order must match the demands and needs of the athlete or individual. These parameters can get creative with the athletes or individuals body type and specific goals. Regression or rehabilitation is just as important as the progression or strength in the individuals fatigue maintenance. Control movement, limit abuse and misuse.

Treatment
The body can be stubborn and non-responsive to self-care or awareness. We need knowledge, assistance, hands on therapy, and plan. Soft tissue injuries often occur when muscles become overactive or abnormally restrictive (fatigued) in their attended movement. These restrictions have the potential to limit POWER, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, REFLEX and MOVEMENT.
